If you have a problem with a Gaggenau device then you will be pretty let down. Agreements are not fulfilled, technicians come without the necessary equipment. Leave a bigger problem than they find (two gas burners do not work: nothing works anymore.). Do not come up with a proposal for a solution, even if you call about it several times.
Nice equipment, but operation leaves much to be desired, eg operation dishwasher (often a lot of pressing) and operation induction plate (magnetic part is often selected wrong part). A drawer of a refrigerator is already broken after two years. So price quality is not in order.
Had my steam oven for 2 years and have slowly learned to use it better. Although it does not save time, there is certainly a taste gain. And extensive possibilities.
The steam it gives when opening is also a matter of proper use.
Then I got complaints because the enamel let go, Gaggenau has come and acknowledged the complaint.
To my great surprise I got a new device, this is understandable, but I got the latest version. What a topper with grill and sous-vide. I call this class and know how to turn a complaint into a success.
Very happy with this solution, use this oven every day and I am super enthusiastic.
Gaggenau remains at the top for me for the better home cook.
