I bought at 23rd of December, 2016 a bracelet from your store, after the customs at Schiphol Airport. I asked for the reduction on the price due to the absence of the tax (duty free), and the employee informed me that they sell everything at the same price as in the stores outside of the airport, I was amazingly frustrated, because I had specifically planned to make that buy before I leave for Christmas vacations, as a gift, so I didn’t have any time or alternative due to the short time that I had available till the boarding of my flight. After this event, I felt really disappointed from Swarovski as a jewelry brand and World of Delights as a retailer, and as an entity too and in the future I’ll definitely prefer and recommend more customer oriented firms as Gassan and Pandora. I hope you take some actions regarding this issue and inform the potential customers about your “policy” ! P.S. I’m an employee at WTC at Schiphol and I’ve a discount of 10% at all the shops of Schiphol Plaza, so I could easily prefer to buy something (perhaps the same bracelet) from Gassan at Schiphol Plaza, but instead I preferred the original store, as it proved afterwards, that was a wrong decision !!!
