Thank you very much for the very good and very fast service. I had a pair of earrings and unfortunately the bar had come off, was immediately exchanged free of charge and it was again wonderfully cared for and shipped beautifully packaged !!! With a sweet card! Class!!
After purchasing vd Wundertöte, with beautiful jewelry in it, 1 bracelet turned out to be too short for my wrist. This was exchanged directly in the store for a larger size. Separately bought another bracelet where an extra piece was put on for a small fee. Attentive and friendly reception.
In the Wundertüte were also the new earrings with initials, which you specify with your order. Very happy with it.
After half a year 2 rings broken, I bought here for more than 600 euros, but they have never heard of service / warranty here !!
