what a treat to find such secluded place in a garden, here In the middle of land, not so long ago reclaimed from depth of Haarlem’s lake. The main settlement, how Hoofddorp can be literally translated (my connotation is haupt dorp) , is a pleasant laidback town just 20 minute train ride from A’dam. The service at Lettie’s place is lovely and attentive. I will definitely go back. An ideal place if you dislike small rooms in bigger tourist establishments. You will fell in love with the garden.
