If I could give this hotel 0 stars I honestly would. This is probably the worst customer service that I have ever experienced at a hotel. The receptionist is very rude and will hang up in your face by the way, I just called her to ask if she can call me back as i'm calling from abroad and it's costing me money. She tells me "No sir, I don't have to call you back". What kind of customer service is this? I have been trying to get a hold of the manager since my stay in November due to unexpected charges on my credit card and he doesn't even have a direct work number I can reach him at! He doesn't even have a schedule when he comes to the hotel! On top of that, once I finally manage to speak to him he accuses me of doing things that I have not done and also lies about what actually happened on my stay. This is ridiculous! These people will take your money and take advantage of you! They won't help you by any means, and if you don't live in the Netherlands, good luck on trying to get a hold of someone.

If you are ok within your conscience to go and pay for a hotel that is perfectly ok with blaming the victim mentality and providing horrible customer service then please continue to visit and support this hotel. They will not take accountability for their actions what so ever and will be quick to argue with the customer at all costs. I feel bad for the next person that this happens to and feel that its my obligation as a global citizen to raise awareness about my experience at this hotel so that hopefully this does not happen to someone else in the future.

The place itself was okay. Food was fabulous however the comfort of the bed was louzy and the shower was only controllable by very hot or extremely hot.

A gem in Alsmeer. A little out of the way, but the rooms are clean and huge, great food, and lots of parking. Great stay for business

Nice and clean hotel, only stayed for one night with the park and fly arrangement. Everything went smooth, only when they come pick you up, you need to go to the departures and not the arrivals, they explain that but just don't forget that because we followed everyone else on our flight and couldn't find the van at first.
