One of my favourite places to visit on my opera travels. The seating and viewpoints are generally good everywhere, though the hard dividers between rows in the balconies wil limit the legroom for a tall person. If you're interested in watching the orchestra up close, the first row is a treat. Public spaces for the intermissions are great with food and drink options and views and terrace spaces. This place is casual in dress code terms, so your jeans would look quite normal. Surtitles shown for operas in Dutch and English.
Ticket prices are pretty affordable compared to hotels!
Clean, organized and very pretty. No dress code required. I saw the "Live" presentation, and it was really cool, innovative but a little too short in regards to duration, for my taste.
Very nice show however due to the corona you don't have a set place and arriving first don't always mean the best places
Fantastic setting to see performances. We enjoyed it very much and found it warm and welcoming when we attended a lunchtime performance. Thank you!
