When they pick you up from Schiphol count on 3x longer waiting time. Example from today: I called for shuttle at 11:03, the bus arrived at 11:46.

Large parking lot easy to reach. Take it to Schiphol via a bus that is ready at the parking lot. The travel time to Schiphol is 15 minutes and waiting was also 15 minutes. Pick up not so convenient took an hour before a van that still had space brought us to the parking lot.
