Never rent a car shiphol avis or budget they charge extra cost for nothing. Even if one month later. Check your credit car

First of all it is really hard to find the right parking lot, then it is really hard to find a parking space, as their name doesn't actually appear on the parking spots. After you talk to a very rude person on the intercom, you finally get to park. Then it will take around 10-15 minutes wait for the shuttle. We waited 15 minutes even if they said 10, then around 10-15 minutes for the actual shuttle time, depending how many stops the shuttle has to make. When you arrive back, they give a phone number with 1 euro surcharge. Feels good to be ripped off in Netherlands. Worst airport parking experience. I do not recommend it.

Terrible service. We were waiting on arrival for 1h for the guy with the shuttle to pick us up. He was extremely unclear on the phone and did not say how long will we take him. Complete waste of time and money, and stressful due to the lack of clarity. Big risk.

Unclear directions and sign posting. Shuttle bus was slow, the longest 4 minutes to the terminal. In all we lost over 30 minutes...
