Why is there no communication with a return? After three weeks of returning the item, there is still no refund! A service below everything!

With this beautiful weather we make many cycling trips and do a lot of walking. Our old dachshund often finds walking too difficult and has therefore ordered a nice bag from Teckelsinc. These went very well and also immediately ordered a bicycle basket. Awesome!
