The one star rating is For leak of professionalism and not For the quality of their work. We have brought our 2 dogs (One of them is very active) to this trimsalon and we were happy with the result. Unfortunately, when we wanted to make next appointment, firstly they didn’t pick up the phone at all and when we called from second number, the lady on the phone wasn’t very clear, avoiding to make an appointment. When asked straight if we should search for different place, the answer was yes. We were never told that was something wrong with our dogs attitude, nor warned that their behavior is difficult to manage. We were very dissatisfied with their approach.

Our husky malamute was at the grooming salon for the first time. She has had a good treatment so that she is beautiful again in her jacket. Cynthia has put her back in tip-top shape and is really complete in her treatment: ears checked, nails and feet neat again, nice pants. Also has an eye for how the dog feels. We are very happy with Baluca grooming salon.

Always very satisfied. My dog ​​enjoys going there. He is quite tall and clumsy, but they are so sweet to him and get on well with him. I leave it there with confidence for a delicious wash, hair dryer and brushing.
