Boy, if I had seen these reviews before I would have thought twice. Made an order, paid and heard nothing after 1 week. Package has not even been delivered to DHL because the shipping code is not known there. They do not respond to mail. All very annoying!

Had a lot of problems with this webshop. Order sent back the same day, then heard nothing more, did not receive confirmation that they received the bag well, I sent an email asking if they received it, was not responded to. Looked them up on fb, they just post messages and ads there every day, contacted them via Messenger, promised to refund the money, heard nothing 2 weeks later, try to make a refund via PayPal but that's not possible. File a claim with PayPal against Dachshunds. after repeated mail, in which I have always remained neat, I was ignored, PayPal was able to get the money back for me a month later. So keep in mind that if you send something back you won't hear from them again and you have lost your money. Unreliable web shop with poor communication.

Super bad experience, product weeks ago already returned, still had no money back. They do not respond to facebook messages and do not listen to the outdated tel number (which is nowhere to be found). Maybe that one responds to this ?????

Unfortunately, the mail is very late or not answered. The ordered package has come. Because my last mail has not been answered, I dare not return the package, afraid I will not get my money back.

Nice things, just a pity that if you send something back, you hear nothing from them. I saw exactly the same in a similar review. I hope I get my money back. At least I don't order anything here, no matter how nice the stuff is.
