After 10 days I have received the order. On the 9th day I sent an email to customer service, which was answered 19 days later with "I saw through the track and trace code that the shoes were delivered February 12th. I hope they fit well and that you enjoy them. Have a nice day. ". Ziengs doesn't need customer service at all. Problems just resolve themselves over time. :)

Spacious case with a large collection. Staff is friendly. Its not intrusive but helpful.

Neat shop. I came for the sale but the number of shoes could be counted on one hand. So disappointing.
