I wanted to order shoes on Thursday 13 February. you could partly pay with gift cards. I entered two VVV receipts and wanted to pay the rest with ideal. However, the total amount at ideal turned out to be incorrect, only 1 gift card was collected. I did not proceed with the payment then. When I wanted to order the shoes at another site, it turned out that the tourist information card of EUR 30.00 was empty. The card was nevertheless caught up by Shoemixx, despite the failure to proceed with the payment. Sent emails on Thursday 13 and then on Friday 14 February, so far no response. They are also inaccessible by telephone. I still hope for a response because I want that EUR 30.00 back, I find it very strange that it has been written off while I have not bought anything.

Ordered for 200 euros of shoes, it appears that all are not in stock and you can wait for the money back. Stock tracking is not their strong point. Are you being kicked off with a 10% discount on non-discounted items ...
