Bought a new e-bike here. First tested on various e-bikes. Is a good thing. The bike I wanted from the start, didn't ride that well anyway. The bike I eventually bought. Always cracked in a certain gear. Gears adjusted a few times. But the problem remained. Finally, Cliff had ordered a new wheel. And replace the gear cable. I am very satisfied with the service and the patience they have to satisfy the customer.

Too bad that we have to come back twice with our cargo bike, the bill was quite high. Nothing seems to have been done. Even the service light in the display was still there. It is now there again Cliff was able to explain to us what was not done and drives like new again!

What Dirty Scammers !! That bulky guy makes all kinds of talk and thinks that the customer knows nothing about cycling. The service is associative because mister de bolle thinks a conversation revolves around him and makes you wait without looking back. I advise everyone to go to other establishments in Hoofddorp where they know what customer service and quality are. As far as I am concerned, Cvb Fietsen can go in the trash with the other rubbish.
