Nice location in Amstelveen, friendly girl who had just started working for 3 days. Unfortunately we were not able to use the sauna. When opening the sauna door, there was a condom package. We have reported this immediately and let you know that it cannot be used! That girl was very thoughtful and apologized and was already in app contact with a lady (an unfriendly, antisocial) from head office. After we were done, that girl offered as a solution to take the 7 soft drinks on her own account from our receipt (fries that were ordered). We thought this was not reasonable and wanted to address the lady herself at head office. She was apparently unable and asked to call us only on Monday. (while in the meantime there was chatting back and forth for 15 minutes) that she could offer nothing but free drinks / shisha and if we did not pay the remaining amount of ordered food, they would call the police! We have clearly indicated that we pay for it and it is not about the money but about the Service. At that moment we felt so sorry for the girl who works there that we thanked her kindly and waited for the call from the lady! On Monday there was a phone call and very hostile she said that cleaning was done, and perhaps the condom packaging fell out of the bucket. As you can read in other reviews how it is answered, we were also approached. No respect, hospitality and apologies at all ... unlike that girl who worked there !! In the end she could not reimburse us part but she could offer us a fruit bowl! DO THEY REALLY THINK WE'RE GOING ANOTHER? !! The lady did not want to solve it differently and we decided to post the review, to which they answer, well fine! Again nice location, shame about the packaging so that the sauna could not be used, poor service, especially the lady from head office!
