They are fantastic! The app and the affordability is what sold me and the customer service is what is blowing my mind. The app and the internet interface for clients is so clear and easy. And now, after working with them for 5 months, the quick responsiveness of my personal bookkeeper, Kim, is what tells me I will stick with them long term. For example, I recently reached out to her about an article on social media that concerned new laws for the self-employed. Kim got right back hold of me and took the time to tell me what about the article concerned me and what did not, and reassured me that if anything comes up regarding my tax status they would let me know right away! Above and beyond! Love these folks.

Great service! Easy to use app and website. Simple and straightforward book keeping at an affordable rate. I was dealt with by Jadidja in Rotterdam and he was very helpful with everything to do with my business and personal finances! I highly recommend Kees de Boekhouder, particularly as an expat they saved me lots of money by ensuring all my taxes were done correctly.

Called to arrange a consultation, the guy picked up and when i started speaking english bluntly hung up on me. Called again as i assumed it was by accident, but he picked up without speaking then hung up again. Clearly not the type of place you want to get help for your finance. Look elsewhere

I have been using the service of Kees and his colleagues for quite some time now and what a relief. Apart from the personal and high-quality service I receive, my own share in bookkeeping consists of only 2 things. Occasionally email / call contact if I have questions & take pictures of my receipts that I immediately upload in the app with great ease. One of the challenges for every growing and expanding company is to maintain the personal touch & service and if I have not been disappointed in something in recent years it is!
