I have been working with SFAA for more than one year now. They are doing administration for my startup ( two BVs ). Their expertise has extremely helped me a lot. Ewout from their team is a great help and easy to reach via email/phone. I am very happy with the services and advice I get from their team over all. I would highly recommend them.

Working with these accountants has been an absolute disaster for our company. Still after 1 year, we are paying the price of their sloppiness and negligence, and terrible communication with us. We have come close several times to have to pay fines for late tax payment, thanks to them. One of their employees tried from day one to connect us to a friend VC (for a fee) instead of replying to our e-mail about payroll. If you are a small business STAY AWAY, and if you are not why would you even bother?

We have been working very pleasantly with SFAA for a number of years. The lines are short and very efficient. My contact person is always there for me and I receive the current status of our financial affairs via the Exact app. Great professional support, allowing us to focus on our business!

SFAA always helps me quickly and accurately. I have a consultancy company with 10 employees, they have recently also started doing the payroll. I definitely recommend SFAA, I can follow everything online and I never get an invoice for extra work. Everything is in 1 subscription, very nice!

Fortunately my experience with SFAA has been short lived, unfortunately they have given me an extreme amount of extra work and stress. After constantly not having my administration in order and having spoken to them about it, I received an invoice with so-called overtime hours out of nowhere. These overtime hours have not been submitted. For this reason, communicated not to pay this invoice. After saying this, I was cut off from my own, already paid administration and I was blackmailed: no access to payment. Eventually paid and regained access. This has led to attorney fees and even after payment received a complete mess of administration. So this is a warning for everyone: my opinion and advice is NOT to do business with this party. These party are aggressive scammers in my opinion!
