Brought a down jacket and still came back full of dots. Communicated about it and the jacket was treated again but without result. The expensive jacket turned out to have a poor quality lining. Nevertheless, they gave me a brand new same coat, taken the old one for an examination at a textile specialist. Very good, neat and fast handling of a problem. If all entrepreneurs would treat their customers like this, the world would look a lot better. Incidentally, the first time I've had a problem in 20 years of having a garment steamed there every now and then. Normally always good.
