We went for the couples pedicure through Groupon. It was a fun experience to sit in the gold chairs, felt like royalties for a moment! πŸ‘‘ and they did a good job on our toes! I think they were short on personal that day, we had to wait a bit before getting started.

What a sweet, knowledgeable and ambitious ladies at the Amsterdam location. Eyelash stylist Sudy told exactly what she was going to do during the process, so that I would not be shocked if she went to the next step of treatment. You are quite vulnerable there with your eyes closed, but I have never felt uncomfortable. Unfortunately, my eyelashes turned out not to be suitable for this LashLift. I have thin, steep, Asian eyelashes. The intended curl was not convincingly present. I mentioned this and (without asking!) A solution was immediately sought. People often try to convince you, but not here. If the customer is not satisfied, a solution that is as suitable as possible for everyone is sought. In this case a solution was offered in the form of a 70% discount on the treatment. Despite the fact that the intended result was not achieved, I had absolutely no problems with this, because Sudy had carried out the treatment with care and Savannah brought the solution with understanding. Savannah was also my nail technician this day. Cheerful lady who brings you into a zen vibe. It is open, but professional. My feet look like new. The ladies are quite busy. The clients are relieving each other at a rapid pace, nevertheless everyone receives personal attention, which leaves you feeling good. @AVA management, cherish these two young women! They are really sweet ambitious ladies! If you manage to get someone to pay for a treatment that has not gone well and can ensure that this customer leaves the business with a good feeling, then you are quite rare. Anyone can offer a solution, but tone makes the music and not everyone knows how to find this tone. β™₯ ️
