I love this place! The girl who did my nails is very nice. She worked quickly but also made sure that I liked them. The nails are comfortable and she was able to do it exactly how I wanted it. Good price for the quality in my opinion, especially since other nail salons in Amsterdam are either very expensive or don’t offer a wide variety of nail art/manicure options.

Booked last minute and was seen on time. I had a gel manicure and it looks great! It's been one week so far and there is no chipping - they look amazing. Great value for the money. I am very pleased with the whole experience. Definitely coming back again for another manicure!

I booked a couple pedicures through treatwell the day before. A minute after our arrival a second customer arrived and the only staff member in the salon started working with her. I got parked for 25 minutes with my feet in water without any communication whether my appointment had to wait, if I could come back later, maybe a double booking... 25 minutes after my appointment time a second lady arrived who dropped her bag and started working on my feet. She finished a 30 min pedicure in exactly 9 minutes. It was not well done, I paid full price for a 9 minute super rushed procedure, non-sterilized tools and my feet do not feel good. No excuses or apologies, offer to reschedule, discount... anything you'd consider good customer service. Besides the customer service I'd also be careful with the tools. The files etc. were clearly already used before they touched my feet. At one point she accidentally dropped the tool holder, they fell on the floor and got all put back into it for further use. Pedicure bath had no plastic bag inlays, towel was pretty old and leg rest was not clean. No good hygienic standards compared to other places I've been to. Only took cash payments, but not prepared for change. A couple hours after we were there I got an email from treatwell that we missed the appointment so it also did not get confirmed properly by the salon. Could be a cute place in a good location, but can't recommend. Hope others have better experiences.
