Very friendly staff, but particular Jonathan K. Goes out of his way to help you, extremely friendly, gives very good costumer service. makes you feel very appreciated as a customer, what is very rare this days. If you want to buy something go to the Cartier Boutique in the Bijenkorf and ask for Jonathan.
We had an issue with a pair of sunglasses and the shopmanager solved this very fast, thank you for the excellent service!!
Terrible customer service. Even the security guards are doing better observation than the store staffs in terms of knowing which customer needs to be served. Went in to the store and had to wait for more than 10min and no one is asking if we need help.
