Terrible quality of products and terrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars- I would. I bought double heart pendant on a chain here at de Bijenkorf and after a month (a piece had been worn for a maximum of a week within this month and I was extremely careful with it) it looked like I had been dragging it on the ground! So scratched and it looks terrible. I made a phone call and I was told that I can either get a new piece or get a refund. When I came to the store- they told me that the only thing they are able to do is to polish it for me (they never said whether it was for free or not) and that this polishing will take 4-6 weeks. 4-6 weeks is this a joke?!?!?! Terrible experience with the brand. It is very aggressively marketed but the quality is extremely poor. The ration between price and quality makes no sense. I honestly wish I never bought anything from them.

Premium experience from a premium brand. Always friendly staff and good service. Personally me and my wife prefer this store and the service over the Tiffany store in the PC Hoofdstraat.

We met with employee Evelyn Agyemang at this Tiffany & Co. and were very happy with her professionalism and curtesy. She did a great job helping us pick out the right ring.
