I got a ring from Lyppens as a gift last year but did not really like the style. I reached out to them and they presented me with options to eather buy the ring back or remake it to a style I would like. Rick/Rik really took his time to discuss the options and provided such a great service. And also fair prices. :) I'm very happy with the end result!

Very good service especially given the covid-19 restrictions they still operate very service oriented. They listen very well to their customers wishes and don't push a certain item. Even of the budget is higher they look for the best juwelery for the customer based on looks and personal preferences.

Perhaps their products and service are good in store, however didn’t get chance to find out. Looking for a jewelry last month, we came here first, there was a queue outside the store due to COVID policy, a guy at the door supposed to register the costumers. We joined the queue, no one came to us. Few people came after us got asked immediately. Waited 10 mins not single intention to approach. Maybe because we didn’t wear our fanciest clothes and we look young compare to the others so he couldn’t take “baby-looking” faces serious. Sure up to you, I got my 4 digit bespoke jewelry at another jeweler anyway.

Very trustful jewellery ! I went there to sell a gold ring. They checked first the quality of the gold, after few minutes I got the good surprise : they told me it was the highest gold quality, and they could give me a very fair price. I totally recommend this honest jewellery ! (And I will of course go back by myself)
