Very rude and not helpful at all, avoid.
The quality is bad. The screw of the watch falls after 3 months. Lucardi wants 40 euro to fix it. Because the warranty is only on watch working and battery !!!!!
Arrived at the counter asking if the battery of the watch could be replaced, there was a customer in front of me so had to wait. When it was my turn something had to be discussed with another colleague that was clearly not about work, in the end the lady behind the counter looked at me with a deadly look like 'What do you want' there couldn't even be 'Hello' , 'Good afternoon' or 'How I can help you' from. Anyways I asked in a nice way if it was possible to have the battery of my watch replaced. I got the answer 'No we don't, you better go to De Bijenkorf' Found it rude and very unprofessional.
No service at all here! There was only 1 saleswoman in the store while there were 5 customers. To ask something took me 20 minutes to wait and then not be helped. Walked out of the store!
Wanted a party bag, so order online, they didn't have him in the store to help you. After 4 working days still no bag, not even online.
Lucardi never for me again !!!! Advice is go to jewelers who are customer friendly and service oriented.
Very nice shop with friendly staff. I was helped very well with a lot of patience
