This place is being spoiled by an old woman with black hair.
Unbelievable what kinds of things are happening here.. If your not a white-person you will get very insulted by this woman.. This woman should be fired today!
Bought a watch and some other collectables in a other Swarovski store..
(collecting Swarovski items for more than 10 years) But this shop gave me the worst experience you could ever imagine.
They lost a ring while send it for a repair ( falling stone after one month) They offered other colours and type since that was the last from the collection. I tried myself to find it in several countries calling to different Swarovski stores. I decided that it was not my fault and they should return the money so I declined my efforts. Good that this happened because I bought a real diamond ring in a store across the Dam. After hesitating, they decided to refund my money.. service was ok at least the girl who helped me the most from the beginning tried to help.

2 months ago, I bought a ring in in this shop an I brought it back to the same store the next day.
I was told that the purchase amount will be returned to my credit card (I got a receipt for that).
However, this amount has not been refunded to me until today.
