One of the staff there is really not patient. She seems to be in a total rush and wants to get rid of you quickly. I was not feeling comfortable when I was in the shop so I bought what I wanted and left quickly. I recommend going to the other Pandora near Leidseplein, the staff there is much more patient and helpful.
Friendly staff. Lots of bling
The shop is usual, not big. But the problem was about a shop assistant. I politely asked how much was the item. She was standing alone. So I couldn't know that she was serving other clients. The answer to my request was in a very rude manner, with bored face. She told me that she was busy. That's all. None a word if she was going to help me after that, none a smile, none apologies. I just can't understand how such a rude person can work in PANDORA shop???????

Being to used to the great service Pandora provides in my country of residence, it was such a huge disappointment to come across 2 very rude and unfriendly sales ladies today. They did not provide me with any further details related to my inquiry and kept trying to avoid continuing the conversation with me.
