The work itself was fine, but the owner was extremely rude when we wanted to pick up my dress. When we asked if we can pay by card, the owner told us that it's possible, but he prefers cash. When we told him we don't have cash and we'd like to pin, the owner told us to go outside and get cash from an ATM and come back. Not great customer service and a rude and unfriendly owner! Not coming here again!

The man is a bully with no manners. He changes his pricing as he goes and is rude to my girlfriend. Been going to this place and tolerating him too long, will walk further and find a decent human being to patronise

I have bought a new winter coat but apparently the shoulder line + the waist line were too big. I had the guy re-adjusted the shoulder line and waist line accordingly to my body-size. A couple of days later (on a pre-determined date we agreed upon), I picked it up and it turned out to be super neat! It fit's me perfectly and thus I'd definitely come back again for future re-fitted purpose. Not only that he's super friendly, but he also knows what he's doing. Highly recommended :)

The man completely ruined my bridesmaid dress. If I could give zero I would. Please don't trust this place with anything valuable.

Always flexible and great prices. He makes unusual orders for me, like large flags for theatre etc. Super fast too. from Albert Cuypt, really close.
