Worst store ever! I bought a pair of diamond trainers and one week later they broke, the shoe lace hole metal piece fall off. And I brought back to the store and they say the repair would cost me almost 200 euros and 8 weeks! It’s quality issue that it broke in a week and they don’t even offer free repair plus 8 weeks waiting? Jokes on them! Never gonna shop for jimmy choo anymore because of the customer service and ignorant staff !
