Went there yesterday and found a nice pair of shoes, I asked the sales lady if they can offer any discount to which she seemed to get very offended as she harshly replied "we don't do discount at Ecco!". I was going to buy them anyway but I didn't appreciate that she raised her voice at me like that, so I left and bought them online with 20% discount. Thanks for the help!

Very bad customer service! The old lady who sold shoes to us acted so mean and very looked down to us because we are asian. We bought 2 pairs of shoes and we put it straight away after we paid. My colleague just bought the water proof spray from the other shop, so we spray it on our shoes straight away because it was raining outside. The lady came and yelled to us with loud voice and no respect, told we shouldn’t do inside it’s not good for the floor and smelly . We apologized many times as we didn’t know that it supposed to spray outside. She still keep yelling at us said she’s doesn’t like it. We know that we shouldn’t have done that, BUT we didn’t know and we did apologize. She acted so mean since we walked in. Shouldn’t act like that since the first place to any customers. Very disappointed!
