The lady at the store assured me that they won't have any discount on the new collection during Black Friday. It was a lie just to get me to buy the shoes with full price. I see it's discounted now but I don't feel like buying them anymore, many other stores around where you won't be tricked.

Went to the shop yesterday to find a pair of shoes I saw online, the lady was quite rude. Not helpful at all. The shop wasn’t even busy.

I bought shoes there a couple of years ago and was very happy from the service and the staff back then, who told me that next time I'd come I'd have a clean up/polish free as an after sale service. Big deception when coming back last weekend in Amsterdam and facing a blond Girl who definitely didn't want to help me but sell me a whole bunch of cleaning products on a pretty rude tone. "Go see a shoe repairer!" "Ok I will and I won't come back to shop at your store"
