Very cool store but hit or miss with how much stuff they have that I’m feeling sometimes they have a lot other times I’m in and out in 5 minutes so just depends

Went shopping here today, I got some clothes from both the women's and men's section to try on. When I got to the changing room I was told to go to the ones on the other floors as the one I wanted to use was for men only. Very unacceptable for an Amsterdam located store when pride is around the corner, was not feeling welcome at all.

Very rude staff. Was in the changing room in the first floor, asked to bring me a different size, when asked if its on the ground floor told me to take it myself as they work on the first floor. Very unprofessional! As i work myself as a sales assistant in a clothing retail store, i found this unacceptable, because the most important job of the sales assistant in the store is to help the client, this including finding/bringing other sizes! Even though i liked the clothes, left the store not buying anything! And never returning back again!
