I received an incorrect order. Instead of 10x 395 gr kennels favorite duck I got 4 bags of 7.5 kg chunks. Sent an email, but no response. Then called mobile several times before I got to speak to someone. Problem explained and this would be solved. No further reaction Then called again and his wife would arrange it. Again no response. Sent again email if this was still resolved and otherwise that I would like my money back to place my order elsewhere Again no response. Called again and will not be called back. We are now a week later and still nothing has been seen or heard.
