Today (14/10/2020) went to the Jumbo after a long time. The water department was half empty, asked for help from a person who was filling the racks over the freezers. The water I needed came this afternoon but Then only 6 bottles of a 1/2 liter I asked if he could put another 6 bottles in my cart. That was not possible but had to do it himself. On his T sHIRT was the text WE LIKE TO HELP YOU FURTHER, so he doesn't. So folks if you meet a small skinny half bald man with glasses in the Jumbo he won't help you. Too bad because I liked to were friendly. So no Jumbo for me anymore, but Albert Heyn. C.L.
