Super good and great service. 💪👍 It doesn't matter who you get on the line or who you talk to at the desk or who walks past the staff waiting area. They treat you very nicely and they all say goodbye to you or ask if they can arrange a drink while you wait. An example of how services should be. Chapeau. I have experienced that very differently at most other car companies and as very much less to very bad.

They scammed my brother by charging him € 180 for a key and then the key doesn't work. My brother went there and she says she was unlucky. "You don't have a leg to stand on." This can not be? How can you treat a customer like that ??? Be warned.
