Good experience with FR Cars! Bought a nice used car 6 weeks ago and still very happy with the car. The coffee was ready, we were kindly helped and were able to make an extensive test drive. In short, very satisfied!

In one word: Great! Never before have I experienced such good service, friendliness and quick reactions with a garage company or car salesman as with FR Cars in Hoorn. They take the time to get things right, provide great service (did I mention that?) And go a long way in providing good solutions when something is not right. My daughter has been helped very well: Good occasion, well checked. They have put various parts of the car in order so that she could drive her car without any problems and with a 'big smile'. She was unlucky that a heater hose snapped, but they fixed that. All preconceptions about shady car salesmen who put you off .... there are still good, friendly, patient and helpful people like FR Cars. They are open to ideas and suggestions and welcome targeted comments.

Very satisfied with the service and customer friendliness so far. Last week, before the lockdown, bought a car here and it drives great! Everything went very smoothly with the transfer of the car.

We bought a car from this company in June 2019, it was a good car (3.0 V6), only technically some problems, and it had no MOT. Well, the MOT and some other problems were solved when we came to pick it up, but even then there were still things that didn't work or were suddenly different. Like a non-standard radio, but just one that you can buy for 2 euros. He was also MOT tested. Well we put it on MOT again last month, and it was rejected on !! 8 !! Things?! And especially on rust ?! Within 1 year, there can be no rust that according to the garage has been there for more than 2 years! And some other things ... Total repair costs of approximately 2000+ euros. The MOT was not done in 2019 by a really good garage, but just by a friends-partisan garage ...
