Superb service and easy people

Very helpful and cooperative. Not just when selecting a car

In August 2018 at Wester to watch a number of Transporters. We were looking for a good delivery van with a double cabin and they had it. We had a lot of bad luck with cars in the last 3 years. The transporter that we had in mind was in excellent condition and we were able to move ahead with that was the message. Within the warranty have been back a few times with small things. That was neatly remedied although sometimes I had to come back multiple times. Then in January we were on holiday in Germany with a broken bus. The bus was towed by the ANWB and after weeks of waiting from Germany brought to Wester. She wanted to pay some of the costs, but we didn't think it was in proportion to what our own contribution would be. Have the bus made somewhere else, driven again for 2 months. Then the bus broke again and had to use another engine. Again knocked at Wester what they would / could do since you expect some service for a car of 7000 euros. They would look for an engine and maybe do something in terms of help with parts, but it had already cost them so much within the guarantee that it remained there. In terms of contribution, we did not have to ask for anything at all. A motorcycle was not found, so something arranged itself. Replace engine, then the following problem presented itself; the injector piece. Already more than 4000 euros lost on a bus within a year that according to Wester was fine. Asked if they can do something with atomizers but no they had no 2nd hand and they don't want to pay anything new. I was then advised to continue with it. This is of course a no go for the new engine. All in all I am 11,000 euros lighter that I can throw in the trash because we can no longer pay this way. The bus has gone from a value of 7000 euros to maybe 1500. So be wise and skip Wester because outside the warranty it is done with the good service!
