Had made an appointment for Saturday between 11 am and 12 noon. Called around 1 pm. Were going to find out for me. I got a nice call back saying they couldn't get a hold of the plumber. They would try again. Later I called back and was told the plumber could not come due to private circumstances. I fully understand that. But then I had to find a new plumber myself, because their plumbers were all full. I think that's a bad thing. Won't knock here again
