This is Dutch bureaucracy in perfect shape! Send all the unfriendly, unhelpful officials who have been shunted out here to work. Communication via the website is zero, only accessible via a 0900 number, opening hours are also incorrect. They don't have a purple crocodile in the office yet, but I would like to take it with them next time!
