I am from Ukraine. He came to the Netherlands to work and got a job at this company. I'll tell you how we collected cabbage. each of us cuts cabbage in a few rows with a knife. Managers of this company are trying to save on labor resources and force one person to work for two, constantly increasing the speed of the tractor. stamina. inhumane attitude of managers towards cabbage pickers. because of the haste, workers are constantly cutting their fingers. the manager can give no, no plaster, but a glove so as not to smear the cabbage with blood. and they also require that the cabbage be peeled in a certain way. so that customers buy you this cabbage with blood and sweat. and the Poles who work here are bullied and morally bullied.
