Xi Art

On November 23, 2020, we had ordered a photo art which was delivered neatly packaged on December 4. To our surprise, the photo-art turned out not to be provided with mounting material, this was included and we had to assemble it ourselves. On the XI-art website it was stated everywhere (including the FAQ) that all products would be delivered ready-to-use and that they could be hung directly on the wall. This was not the case and as a result of our complaint all information about this on the site has been adjusted. Our photo art included three adhesive hooks that had to be attached (drilled) to 3 brackets. We find drilling more than 2 holes in the wall for a light panel an exaggeration, because at home we have all (much heavier) art hanging from one thumb screw in combination with a steel cable, which is tensioned at the back of the panel. We requested XI-art to send one extra adhesive hook to make a construction with a steel cable and for a small expense allowance for the purchase of equipment. After various - very difficult - contact moments, XI-art agreed on December 14, 2020, but to date we have not received a sticky hook after all kinds of promises. Communication with XI-art is very difficult: there is no or hardly any response to emails, you are kept on the line via chat and you do not receive any answers to your questions and you are always told by telephone that the responsible employee is not present is. Now 5 weeks later we still cannot hang our photo art and we are completely done with XI art. At no other (internet) company have we experienced such a shameful customer service. XI-art will not see us again for subsequent purchases.

Correction on first less good review. Our first order was not properly processed by the digital order assistant on the website and our questions were not answered properly and we were done with it for a while. Tip Xi Art, do something about this. Later ordered again without the digital assistant in the hope that it would go well now. We have to say that this went more than well. Delivered perfectly on time, we were called half an hour before the driver's arrival and the print was excellently packaged in a heavy box with wooden frame for protection. Very satisfied !

What beautiful art they have here! I was thinking about buying a corba art, but then I came across this site. Very happy with my choice because the quality is great and it saves a lot in my wallet! Very satisfied with the beautiful picture in my house.

Yesterday received a beautiful photo art from Xiart! Delivery was fast and the art was super packed! I am completely happy with it!

I ended up at xiart via Facebook, what wonderful art they have there! It's a bit difficult to choose with all those choices, but after a while I was able to make my choice. Ordering was very easy and a few days later I already received my product. Super packaged, helpful delivery person and a great result! It is super in my new home and I would recommend it to everyone.
