Genuinely Top customer service & value. A great experience from beginning to end. I found the perfect car for me & my family and Bart (the sales man) was really professional, clear, friendly and reasonable when it came to price and any items I needed done to the car before I fully paid and received the car. I bought a Nissan Qashqai and look forward to years of care free driving. This feedback is on Day 1 of receiving the car and I will aim to provide another in 3-4 months. If I do not then you can assume I am very happy still. thanks Bart and thank to P.Baum Top Occasions. Peter UPDATE after end of Warranty period (30 Oct 2020). Overall a positive experience. One significant disappointment though is the following. When I bought the car Bart told 2 tyres would last 1 year at least (maybe 2) and the other two tyres 3-4 years. Certainly the depth of thread would agree with that statement. I brought the car to my local mechanic who are super honest & professional. They did a review of the car before end of warranty and could see that the thread was per what Bart said but that there was a problem in the tyres - in the valley of the threads there was continuous cracking meaning, the tyres (all 4) life expectancy is weeks or zero (the could split apart anytime but certainly should not be used beyond this year). A good mechanic would say - it can pass APK when you bought it as that is a snapshot in time but it won't in a number of months ... regardless replace them now for the safety of your family and others. When I bought the car Bart said he would cover any issues or surprises that I discover (not just what is written in the warranty terms). Of course I would not expect Bart/Top Occasions to rebate/fix any wear and tear I caused but this tyre cracking issue was there when I bought the car and they should have noticed and Bart should never have said 2 tyres could last 3-4 years for example. I raised the issue with Bart and he did quote me for 4 new tyres but without any discount or splitting of costs. So essentially he accepted no responsibility here and left me with 100% of the cost. This may be legally correct as I have no recording of the verbal statements made when I bought the car.... but this is not morally right. If he had given me a token payment I might of felt happy'ish but Zero euros/zero apology is not good enough. The good news is that the Car in all other ways appears fine and I would not say that Top Occasions should be avoided... Just be very aware of these things and have them write down such generous words like your warranty will cover all items that are not as they should be (or as stated by the sales man) on day of sale.

Bad sales man!!! They are not good personality and very rude!! I had an appointment to see the car and visited there but they said, already sold!! It took 2hours one way by train! I asked him, do you have another cars? but he said NO!!!!please go to next shop!! I could see so many cars there but he didn't want to show me! Also, he couldn't speak English and difficult to communicate with him. Never use!!!!!!!!!!!

It was ok, the perfect car wasn't there

Unfortunately 1 star. Dissatisfied and disappointed. Starting 02-02-2021 in conversation about a car via whatsapp. Then good contact with each other, told our situation, 2.5 hours drive, corona, so have a lot of information clear in advance. Sent reminder message on 03-02 for response, Asked a question again on 04-02 due to no answer (on 02-02 data requested from timing belt) No answer on Friday, then it is weekend, Monday no answer, so Tuesday 09-02 again sent a reminder about the timing belt. I get a response that they are going to watch that day. No answer again. Wait until Wednesday, no answer. Thursday 11-02 sent another reminder. Then they don't know what I'm talking about, what it's about. Conversation continues. The car was then sold that same Thursday morning. You have to find out for yourself. In short, by not pushing on / asking at this company, as a customer, remain calm while waiting, it could be that they sell the car to someone without informing you. Tip will be, ask directly for a reservation of the car, because if you ask questions for 1.5 weeks, which they forget to answer and you keep reminding them, you are not interested enough. Tip for P. Baum, remember your reaction to this review, because I put the entire conversation as a print screen with this review ... I don't just delete a chat with someone. In response to P. Baum: Here is the prt scr with all necessary information.
