Only some small deliveries had to be done, such as the air conditioning that did not get cold and, according to the seller, only needed to be refilled. However, several major defects at home: Thermostat was broken, causing the coolant to disappear like snow in the sun. Have it repaired by a good garage. Cost € 485, - Air conditioning condenser turned out to be broken and therefore the air conditioning was not cold. Also have it repaired by a good garage. Costs € 470, - Contacted the seller about this for a reasonable compensation because none of this was told !! But they are too bad to speak to you immediately by telephone or email and to keep their promises. Meanwhile, the door catch of the left door also appears to be rotten. Thought it only had to be lubricated ... Cost of repair € 131, -. In addition, it seemed as if the km registration had been tampered with. After a complaint from me, they solved this by having a friendly garage make a correction request to the RDW. I have submitted a complaint about this to the RDW and it is now being investigated whether this is indeed the case. If so, I have a solid civil case to open. In short, DON'T DO IT! THIS IS WHY 2EHAND CAR SELLERS HAVE A BAD NAME! SCAMMATHER! GO TO AN AUTHORIZED BOVAG GARAGE WITH GOOD REVIEWS !!

Very bad company! Bought a car from this company in April. Very neat car so we take a test drive, arrived there and it was warm so I early there is an air conditioning in the car. We then called the car company and they responded 'oh the air conditioning broke so quickly' buy a new air conditioning pump and we will put it on it for you for free. Too bad for words. The next day I brought the car with an air conditioning pump so sir called me the next day to pick up the car. Savond's I drive away from my street, the security of the air conditioning pump falls off the car and rolls hard onto the road. Dangerous but also simply mounted in the nose with 2 fingers! After 3 weeks my coolant was empty, I no longer trusted van dijk so I went to a garage. Garage said the car's head gasket is leaking and broken. And that the mileage has been turned back She also said that we have paid too much for the car because you could already see from the outside that the leak was if it stood still in the same place for 1 day. VERY BAD SERVICE! Feel cheated and ripped off
