Too bad the employee was not that friendly
Very bad experience with this store. My son (14 years old) had a watch band shortened here and had a new battery inserted. Had to pay a whopping 17.50 for this. The watch was then not put on time. Had they done this they would have known it was money thrown away because the pointer was stuck. Went back today and all they could do was send the watch and of course it cost a lot more.
Then went to Puur and they checked everything for us and then gave advice. And all for free. Super service from Puur.
Conclusion: never again to Lucardi and only to Pure!
Large selection of jewelery, very nice priced and beautiful. The store staff is super friendly. Just a nice shopping experience.
