Great service! I had received some brewing equipment from a colleague that had some minor things wrong with it. The 'large' beer brewing websites charge high shipping costs (and any small order surcharge), which means that solving these small defects would still be quite expensive. Contacted Brouwpunt and asked if they could do something for me. I had already ordered something here before and was already very satisfied with the service. I quickly got back a response offering a very jovial solution. This has helped me a lot. There are many websites selling brewing equipment and ingredients. Brouwpunt stands out for me with their diverse, but also more original and exciting recipes. With every Brouwpunt beer you brew, you learn to apply a new technique or special ingredients. Not only the standard Weizen, Dubbel and Tripel here, but also beers such as 'Baltic oak aged porter', 'Russian imperial coconut stout' and much more. Brouwpunt hasn't got rid of me yet!

Infected by a colleague with the specialty beer virus, another colleague gave the idea to try brewing something for yourself .. Searched around on Google for starter packs and Brouwpunt somehow stood out. I think because of the simple, clear and well-arranged site. I didn't want to spend too much money on it, so I first thought about buying a basic starter package. However, there was also a course package available that I was enthusiastic about. Trying out many techniques on 4 different beer styles. This eventually also bought and last week together with 'colleague 2' brewed a first beer. He also brews a few things himself and was positively surprised by the very clear manuals with images and background information. In the end, I made a mistake adding the wrong type of yeast. Contacted Brouwpunt and reassured that it can still lead to a good beer. I also receive a replacement bag of yeast free of charge. My first beer is now enjoying a drink (just like my impatience to taste).

Brouwpunt is really a recommendation if you are curious about a new hobby ... Beer brewing! I have only just started and my first brousel is now fermenting, I am curious about the end result. Unfortunately, that has to wait a few weeks ... and I will post my taste review on Untappd. Brouwpunt's customer service is really great, so I can recommend them without hesitation. The package with which you learn to build is complete, clear and easy to follow, a great starting point to start today with a new hobby ... especially during a lockdown! I am curious what else I will taste! 🍻
