Rarely receive such excellent advice with regard to correct aperitif with soups, wines with dishes and genius good non-alcoholic champagne for children. All economy is local, De Gouden Ton is the prime example of this.

Ton is a friendly and helpful guy, laid back, and runs a small but well-run liquor store. He has a high gun factor, because it is just a sympathetic guest. His advice and wine are fine, so you don't have to leave it at that.
