What a great service at Nubikk! I had entered my e-mail address incorrectly and therefore did not receive any information about the order I placed. When I contacted Nubikk via chat, she sent me all the necessary information. She also told me that they had adjusted my e-mail address in the system, so that I still received a track & trace code and that I could follow my package. Super well solved!

What a top service! I love this brand and especially the team behind it. My package was lost and they did everything in their power to find the package. Within 5 days everything was resolved and I got my shoes. Toppers!

In the meantime I already have 4 different sneakers from Nubikk. In the meantime it has really become my favorite shoe brand. The shoes are nice and I always wear them when I go away for a long day, for example to an amusement park or city. I bought my first Nubikk's in 2016 and they still look great. The leather still looks good and the color is exactly the same.

Nubikk gave me personal and professional advice via chat about a couple that I wanted, but of which I was not sure which size to take. They offered me the help I needed. Ultimately bought the shoes based on the advice via the chat. They fit perfectly and also run wonderfully. Recommended!
