Ordered shoes via the internet and indicated that they would like to pin when collecting. Provision of information via website and e-mail is incorrect; the shoes would have been paid for and sent. That was not the case. Without further notice or reminder that the shoes are still waiting, they are sold to someone else. When "picking up" in the store, a solution is not considered, but it is more important that the sellers are and keep them right. It is not suggested to re-order the shoes or discuss an alternative. Avoid this store if you want to order without problems.

It takes a long time before you get your shoes, and after returning you really wait a very long time before you get your money back while you have to pay the shipping costs yourself. They cannot be reached by phone and they often do not respond via email. I no longer do business with it.
