Amazing experience. I have been there 3 times now and every time Ilze has surprised me with combining different massages, which she chooses after listening to what complaints you have or what you want to achieve with the massage (eg relaxation only). The massages are ideal to relieve aches or just relax physically. Together with the pre-heated massage table!, The beautiful treatment room and the soft relaxing chant music in the background, I have already noticed every time that this also works for me immediately as a mental massage and I always have to make an effort to come back after the treatment "come back to earth." Ilze gives you 'a moment for yourself' which is physically and mentally a relaxing experience and which certainly helps me in my work / life balance.
