My go to mechanic shop. Outstanding customer service: friendly and patient. They work fast and well and their price are very correct.

They saved my car's life. Really fast and really good. Very polites and friendly, If I lived close I will always go to this mechanic.

Bad service

car was rejected on the license plate light bulbs of 0.34 euros each, they ask 37.5 euros for it. I said that I will pick up the car and do it myself and bring it back before deregistering for the MOT. but they had already canceled it as a rejection and so I have to pay again for the inspection. very bad service not customer friendly and very expensive for small repairs. bring your car to a specialist garage is slightly more expensive for the MOT, but do not charge absurd prices for small repairs, so ultimately cheaper than the kwikfit.
