Very customer-friendly people. At least real mechanics still work here, at my local Opel garages they don't understand much about the older models and they don't understand what customer-friendliness means. That is good at Nefkens in Soest.

Absolute top, this company! This week, a problem with the lighting of our trailer tent, suddenly turned out to no longer work when we wanted to leave. ANWB there, no voltage on the 15 pin plug from the car. Opel called in Hilversum, yes next Thursday we have a place. Guest! I am about to go on vacation, then I will not wait a week and a half ?? !!! Via via via ended up at Nefkens Soest, could immediately go. Extremely friendly reception and they went straight to work, at first not able to solve so the next day with a trailer and already visited and again they immediately went to work. It may have taken a while, but they did not give up and eventually managed to trace and fix the error (on the trailer)! We are now at the campsite and that would certainly not have been possible (so quickly) without the men from Nefkens. In addition to just making time to help you and not giving up if it turns out not to be the car, they also have a nice kids corner for when you are stranded with your kids. All in all an absolute must.

A customer of Nefkens Soest for years and this week proves why again. I was going to pick up my caravan last Saturday to go on vacation next Saturday, I received the message that the battery was no longer charged. Anwb there, but the multi-belt broken. Car towed and luckily delivered to Nefkens Soest today, Monday. The men quickly solved the problems and I can still go on holiday on Saturday. Top company and a top team. Highly recommended. Always honest, realistic and cooperative.
